Yes, our Ashira diffusers come with a 6-foot long power chord which can make it easy to move and hide.

Yes! The water reservior in our diffusers are BPA free.

Yes! All of our diffusers are ultrasonic. This means that they run through vibrations and do not emit heat.

Essential Oils

Yes the are! They are also USDA organic certified, so you can breathe easy, you’re in good hands.

We cannot recommend that you ingest our essential oils, even though they are 100% natural and USDA certified organic. We would recommend you consult with a certified aromatherapist before doing so.

In general, diffusing essential oils in the air is safer than using them on skin. We would recommend you ask your child’s doctor before diffusing or applying any essential oils on your baby (especially if under 6 months old). Once you’ve spoken to your doctor, we would recommend starting with small amounts of either Lavender, Bergamot or Lemon.

The first thing we would recommend you do is to consult your pet’s vet. Start with small amounts of essential oils in your diffuser and monitor how your pet(s) react; this will be a great help in deciding which essential oils to diffuse around your pet. Oils like Rosemary and lavender are known to be safe around animals. Also, always make sure to turn off your diffuser before leaving your house, as well as storing the diffuser along with the essential oils in a secure place.

Once you’ve spoken to your doctor, we would recommend starting with small amounts (diffusing 5 drops instead of the usual 10-15 drops) of either Lavender, Bergamot or Lemon.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Our shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Our processing time is usually 1-2 days, depending on the order volume.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
